Subscription Policy

For customers who want a simple and convenient way to restock their favorite Hush Glow products, Hush Glow offers optional subscription plans with automatic recurring deliveries and exclusive subscriber pricing. Subscription participation is completely voluntary and can be selected during checkout on our website.

BY PURCHASING OR ENROLLING IN ANY HUSH GLOW SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, YOU AGREE TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY.


1. Subscription Plans

Hush Glow subscription plans allow customers to automatically receive selected products every 30 days. When you place your initial subscription order, your first order will be processed immediately using your selected payment method.

After your first order, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled in accordance with these Subscription Terms. By subscribing, you authorize Hush Glow to securely store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your payment method for all future recurring orders.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to attempt payment using any other payment method saved to your account. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.


2. Subscriber Discount

Subscribers receive an exclusive 20% discount on all eligible subscription orders. Subscriber discounts and benefits are intended only for active subscription customers and may not be abused for one-time discounted purchases.


3. Minimum Commitment

To qualify for subscription pricing and subscriber benefits, customers must complete a minimum of two (2) subscription orders. Your initial purchase counts as the first billing cycle.

After the second completed order, customers may:

  • Cancel their subscription
  • Pause their subscription
  • Resume inactive subscriptions


4. Early Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription before receiving your second subscription order, you must contact our support team directly at support@hushglow.com.

Hush Glow reserves the right to revoke subscription discounts, promotional benefits, free gifts, or other subscriber-only offers if a subscription is canceled before the minimum commitment requirement is completed.

If a customer requests cancellation within seven (7) days after their initial subscription purchase and before the second subscription order is processed, the customer may be required to first pay the difference between the discounted subscription price received and the regular one-time purchase price of the product(s). Early cancellation requests during this period may only be processed manually through our Customer Support team.

If the initial subscription order has already been shipped or delivered, Hush Glow reserves the right to deny early cancellation requests until the minimum two-order commitment has been completed. In cases where the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular product price cannot be successfully collected, the subscription may remain active until completion of the required minimum subscription term.

5. Delivery Frequency & Subscription Management

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer portal, including:

  • Updating shipping information
  • Updating billing information
  • Changing payment methods
  • Changing the next delivery date
  • Modifying subscription frequency
  • Pausing or resuming eligible subscriptions

Changes made after an upcoming order has already entered processing may apply to the following billing cycle instead.

Customers may update their shipping address and payment information at any time through their customer portal, including before completion of the minimum subscription commitment period.

6. Billing & Renewal Authorization

By subscribing, you expressly authorize Hush Glow to charge your saved payment method automatically for recurring subscription orders at the then-current product price, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, currency conversion fees, banking fees, or other related charges.

Subscription renewals are processed automatically every 30 days based on the original subscription date.


7. Pricing Changes

Hush Glow reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, subscriber discounts, delivery frequencies, subscription benefits, or these Subscription Terms at any time.

Customers will receive at least thirty (30) days advance notice of material changes via email or through notices posted on our website. Continued use of the subscription service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms.


8. Returns, Shade Exchanges & Refunds

All subscription orders are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Hush Glow offers a one-time shade exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible foundation subscription orders under our Shade Match Guarantee policy.


9. Cancellation & Reactivation

Eligible subscriptions may be canceled or paused through your customer account after completion of the minimum two-order commitment.

Canceled subscriptions may be reactivated at any time through the customer portal, subject to current subscription pricing and product availability.
